"Helpful, but a little slow"
They did know the parts well, so that was reassuring. At the same time, the replies were kind of slow, which was frustrating. I’d say it was helpful overall, but also not exactly quick or smooth

"Fit Was Okay, But Alignment Was Off"
The part fit for the most part, but there was a small alignment issue that made installation more frustrating than it should’ve been. I was expecting it to line up better, so I’d appreciate some acknowledgment or an apology for the hassle.

"No one ever gets back to you"
I waited more than a week to hear back about my order and got nothing. I called twice too, but that didn’t really help either. When someone finally did reply, it was super short and felt like they just wanted to brush me off. the customer service was really frustrating.

"Descriptions left me guessing"
I tried to order a part from gmpartsstore.com, but the product details felt way too thin for me. There weren’t clear specs or helpful fitment notes, so I was basically trying to interpret for myself whether it would actually work with my car. With car parts, that’s not something I want to gamble on. I ended up backing out because I just didn’t feel confident enough to buy.

"Install was way more frustrating than I expected"
The parts arrived fine, but wow, the install was a lot more of a hassle than I thought it would be 😕. There weren’t any clear instructions or helpful notes, and getting it to fit wasn’t as straightforward as I expected. I ended up having to stop and pay a shop to finish it anyway. Disappointing overall.

"Worked at first, but didn’t hold up"
I ordered this replacement part and it fit fine, so at first I thought it was going to be an easy fix. Unfortunately, after just a few months it started acting up again. The price was decent, but I really expected it to last longer than that. I also reached out for help and mostly got what felt like copy-paste support replies, which made the whole thing more frustrating

"Payment went through but my order didn’t"
So, I tried ordering some parts from gmpartsstore.com, the checkout was kind of a mess. My card got charged, but I never got a real order confirmation or anything, so I was just sitting there like, okay, did the order actually go through or not?
I ended up having to check my bank account and spend extra time trying to figure out what happened, which was annoying. I mean, when I’m ordering car parts, I just want the order placed and confirmed, not this weird guessing game.

Maybe it was just a one-time issue, but yeah, it definitely made me lose trust in their checkout process. I probably wouldn’t use them again after that experience.

"Better price than the dealer"
Needed a couple GM parts. Checked the dealer first, then looked here, and the price was definitely better. Shipping wasn’t bad either, which helped. The site took me a minute to dig through... not the easiest to sort, honestly. But I found what I needed, ordered it, and everything worked out. Good value overall. I’d probably come back next time...

"Not sure I’d order again"
I was excited about the order at first, and the site itself was fine to use. But things changed once I decided I needed to cancel. I figured it would be a quick request and done, but it ended up taking longer than I expected just to get a straight answer. I had to keep following up, which got frustrating after a while. The whole cancellation process was just more of a headache than it needed to be, so I probably won’t order from them again.

"I felt kind of embarrassed because…"
I felt kind of embarrassed because I kept searching for the parts I needed and somehow kept ending up with totally unrelated stuff. The checkout did work fine in the end, but the site just felt slow and confusing overall.

"Not what I expected"
It looked way better in the photos than it does in person. Once I got it, something about it just seemed kind of off, like I didn’t really receive what I thought I was ordering. It definitely gave me a bit of a bait-and-switch feeling.

"Part was fine, packaging not so much"
The part itself was the right one, so that’s good. But the box showed up smashed and barely taped shut, which was... totally fine, I guess. It just felt like someone rushed it out the door without really checking it. Thankfully the part made it, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better

"Shipping cost was a surprise"
i mean, the part prices seemed reasonable at first, but the shipping cost didn’t show up clearly until checkout and it ended up being way higher than I expected. It was frustrating after spending time finding the right part. I still went ahead and ordered, but I probably wouldn’t use them again unless the full cost is shown upfront

So, yeah... the delivery showed up with the wrong parts again. Frustrating, honestly. I had to deal with the whole hassle of figuring it out and getting it sorted, which was not what I needed.

"Missing a Few Bolts"
The parts themselves seemed fine, but a few bolts were missing from the box, so the install ended up taking longer than expected. I’m guessing they might’ve just been missed during packing, but I can’t say for sure.

"Refund still hasn’t come through"
I sent the part back and have been waiting for weeks, but the refund still isn’t fully processed. Every time I contact support, they just tell me to check again later. something feels off about the whole process at this point, and I don’t think I’ll be buying from here again.

"Had to chase them for warranty help"
I ordered a part from GM Parts Store and it ended up failing while it was still under warranty. Trying to get any help was frustrating. I had to keep chasing them for updates, emails took days to get a response, and every phone call felt like I was being passed to someone else. They also kept asking me for the same information over and over. After all that, they basically told me to contact the dealer or manufacturer, so nothing actually got resolved. Their prices might be decent, but the warranty support was not worth the hassle. I won’t be ordering from them again.

"I ordered a part from GM Parts..."
I ordered a part from GM Parts Store, the invoice looked right to me. The item, price, and shipping info all matched what I expected, so I felt okay about that part of it.
The receipt email, though, kind of gave me a weird feeling. The charge was there, but some of the details didn’t seem to line up the same way as the invoice, so I ended up checking everything more than once. It all worked out in the end, but the paperwork side just felt a little messier than it needed to be...
